- Modular maintenance design: Motor, reducer, and brake in separate modular layout, allowing individual servicing without disassembling the entire mechanism
- Dedicated maintenance platform: Wire rope drum with independent support design, dedicated maintenance platform for safe inspection, and independent brake unit with automatic compensation and manual release functions

- Steel plate treatment: Sa2.5-grade shot blasting, effectively removing surface oxide layers and impurities for strong coating adhesion
- Anti-corrosion coating system: Epoxy zinc-rich primer + chlorinated rubber topcoat, offering superior corrosion resistance for humid environments
- High protection motors: IP54 protection rating with Class F insulation, effectively preventing dust and water vapor ingress, ensuring stable operation in humid hydropower environments
