The YZS Type Four Girder Casting Crane is a heavy-duty overhead crane designed for extra-heavy steel mill applications requiring lifting capacities from 100 to 300 tons. Unlike the standard double girder design, this crane features a unique four-girder (four beam) structure providing exceptional strength, stability, and safety for critical molten metal handling operations. The crane is built with high-strength Q235B and Q345B steel plates and manufactured to DIN/FEM international standards. All steel undergoes full pretreatment including sand blasting, primer spray, and drying to eliminate internal stress and enhance anti-corrosion performance. The YZS type four girder casting crane is produced with advanced German Messer CNC plasma cutting for precision, intelligent welding robots for superior weld quality, and a large car-bottom natural gas annealing furnace for post-weld stress relief.
