Design Concept

European single double girder wire rope electric hoist crane equipment adopts lightweight and modular design, compact structure and high efficiency. Structural Features

The main girder uses box-shaped steel structure with Q235B steel, non-destructive testing for main welds, shot blasting to Sa2.5 grade, automatic MIG welding. The end girder is made of rectangular steel pipe, processed by CNC machine, equipped with double-flange wheels, buffers and anti-derailment devices. Main girder and end girder are connected by high-strength bolts, ensuring precision and stable operation.

Self-weight is reduced by 23-64% compared with traditional cranes, lowering plant load and construction cost. It adopts C-type structure to optimize space, reduce headroom height, lower noise below 74dB and cut energy consumption by 30%.

Anti-swing Technology Advantages

The anti-swing system calculates load swing time and lifting height to automatically correct swing. With intelligent variable frequency control, it realizes stepless speed regulation, micro-speed positioning and precision point movement (2-100mm).
