The YZ Type Double Girder Casting Crane (also known as Foundry Crane or Ladle Crane) is a heavy-duty overhead crane specifically designed for steel mill applications such as molten metal handling, ladle pouring, and casting operations. It features a double welding box girder structure manufactured to DIN/FEM international standards. The crane is built with high-strength Q235B and Q345B steel plates and undergoes full pretreatment including sand blasting, primer spray, and drying to eliminate internal stress and enhance anti-corrosion performance. The YZ type casting crane is produced with advanced German Messer CNC plasma cutting for precision machining, intelligent welding robots for superior weld quality, and a large car-bottom natural gas annealing furnace for post-weld stress relief treatment.


The YZ type double girder casting crane is mainly used in steel mills, foundries, and heavy industrial plants for molten metal handling, ladle transportation, and foundry pouring operations.
